Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be in its original condition:
      • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
      • Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
    • Items marked as final sale, customized, or personalized are non-refundable and non-returnable.

       

      Process for Returns

      • Email us at godthroughman@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
      • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return address.
      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

         

        Damaged or Incorrect Items

        • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or refund.



Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

       

      Non-Refundable Fees

      • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

         

        Partial Refunds

        • In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging).
